Here are my pros and cons after using 24option for a few months:
Pros:
Client support is well prepared and helpful and can be accessed in multiple ways: live chat, Twitter, email, phone and there’s even robo support which is pretty accurate.
They do a great job when it comes to crypto trading, having a big coverage particularly for pairs as Bitcoin/GBP and Bitcoin/USD which I mostly dabble in.
Their education catalog is extensive with videos on important concepts and webinars (I think they do 8+ each month) on diverse topics of interest. This is one of the best education libraries I’ve seen in the field.
Cons:
It’s only regulated in Cyprus. I would have preferred to see it also regulated in the UK for example, as that process is overall better and more trustworthy.
No social trading.
Some features are only available through the MT4 platform but people using their desktop version won’t be able to use them.
Not as many investment products as other similar investment firms.
Overall, I like them but they’re not for everyone. There are still a lot of things that can and should be better.
